1.Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a company integrating industry and trade, mainly supplying work clothes, punching jackets, reflective clothing, canvas gloves and so on.

2.You can do logo?
Yes, we can do embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer printing, vivid and qualified.

3.What are your prices?
Our prices may vary depending on availability and other market factors. We will send you the latest price list for more information after your company contact us.

4. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
For customised styles, the minimum order quantity per logo is usually 500 pieces. If you order from our stock, quantities are flexible.

5. Can you provide relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most of the documentation including certificates of analysis/conformity, insurance, country of origin, and other export documents as required.

6.What is the average delivery time?
For samples, the lead time is about 10-20 days, for mass production, customised styles are delivered within 30-40 days after receiving the deposit payment, if you order our stock time will be faster. Delivery times begin to take effect when (1) we receive your deposit, and (2) we get your final approval of the product. If our lead time does not match your deadline, please check your requirements at the time of sale and in all cases we will endeavour to meet your needs, in most cases we are able to do so.

7. Can we get some samples before mass production?
Yes, the samples are free, you only need to pay the shipping cost. We guarantee the bulk goods are the same as the samples.

8.Which payment method do you accept?
You can pay 30% or 50% in advance through our bank account, and the remaining 70% or 50% of the balance corresponds to the copy of the bill of lading.

9.Do you guarantee the safety and secure delivery of your products?
Yes, we always use high quality export packaging to ensure safe delivery of goods.

10.What is product warranty?

11.How about the shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods, courier is usually the fastest but also the most expensive way, sea freight is the best solution for large volume shipments, the exact shipping rate we can only give you, if we know the details of the amount, weight and the way, please contact us for more information.
